What can you say other than what a fantastic night we all had at our end of year Xmas social, the dancing was great and just about non stop other than a couple of short breaks for some presentations we had during the night and of course the meal break.
We had a good program with a mix of old and new dances and the requests were coming in all night, We had visitors from Milton joining us for the night, thanks for coming all that way, hope you all enjoyed the night.

The Harem girls put on their show for everyone again, this time without being upstaged by the Sultans of swing, Rob and Richard, they thought they would sit this one out and leave it to the girls, what a good idea,!! even though, there was a few disappointed ladies, I can't imagine why!!!

The junior dancers did a fantastic job of entertaining everyone by doing a couple of dance routines they put together, Kaysan really made my night even more special by doing a dance I had choreographed to a piece of Michael Jackson music, she hadn't told me she was going to do it and it was such a good surprise, I loved it and appreciated the effort she did learning it for me, thanks very much Kaysan. Then Emily & Kaysan did Fat Sally Lee together(they have so much energy), then Kaysan, Emily & Kayla danced 98.6 to Mars Attack music, they are so cute, thanks girls for the entertainment, great job.

The dance floor really started to rock as the night went on and everyone started to relax into the xmas mood.
Some of the ladies dressed up in Xmas inspired outfits and really added to the atmosphere.
The committee girls with a little help from their husbands and families decorated the hall creating a really good feel for everyone who came along.

The girls on the committee Carol, Rhonda,Lorraine,Cheryl,Fae and Yvonne have done an amazing job again this year,,,I can't image trying to do anything without the support and love we all have for each other...Im amazed at how much energy they have in getting things organised, and with Carol and Rhonda, you only have to mention an idea and their off and running full tilt getting things done, it's not an easy job and somehow they manage to devote so much time and energy into making our club so much fun for everyone.
eg: This year at the Xmas party they presented everyone with Xmas cards and inside were photos of yourselves taken at different functions through out the year, what a great idea, an example of the ideas and work they put in to make it a special night to remember for everyone, simply amazing girls!!!

On a personal note Id like to thank everyone for coming along to this years dancing, I love teaching at this club the ladies and men and juniors are just fantastic and feels like a big happy family, Our members from Sussex Inlet, Jenny, Brian and Fay, Lola & Carmel have added to the fun all year long, Richard and Margaret come down from Sydney and Peta comes up from Ulladulla, Brenda travels 4 hours each way just about every weekend from Crookwell to be part of it, Jenny & Rose from Dapto coming most weekends, that deserves a giant thank you from all of us. Thank you for all the personal gifts that were given to me on the night, though you really didn’t have too, there all very much appreciated, I have so much fun teaching every year.

Visitors.
We have had plenty of passing visitors pop in throughout the year and without exception told me how much they enjoyed the experience, saying how everyone in the club made them feel welcome. I get thank you emails of some of the visitors saying they can't wait to be able to come back, how good is that, a credit to you all..

Final words.
Well I could go on and on but I won't, Ill wrap up this year by wishing everyone a really happy and safe Xmas and a happy new year.
Once Tamworth is over I will be back at the club teaching for another year of fun and exercise.
